Counseling Insights, Inc.* was created in 1998 to help combat the problematic use of alcohol and drugs.  The agency provides the following services to English and Spanish speaking clients in Mecklenburg County: Diagnostic Assessments; Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Treatment; DWI Substance Abuse Assessments; Out of State DWI Assessments; DMV Evaluations; Substance Abuse Assessments; Alcohol and Drug Education Traffic School (ADETS); Outpatient Treatment; Relapse Prevention / Continuing Care; Domestic Violence Counseling & Treatment [Collaboration with IMPACT Domestic Violence Offender Program]; Onsite and Laboratory Drug Testing.

 We provide alcohol and drug services, to diverse populations, that challenge individuals to accept personal responsibility for behavioral change.
